Real Madrid confirm signing of Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco

Real Madrid have announced their agreement to sign France international Aurelien Chuamini from Monaco.

A club statement read: “Real Madrid and Monaco have agreed on the transfer of player Aurelien Chuamini, who will be linked to the club for the next six seasons.

Next Tuesday, June 14, at 12:00 in Real Madrid City, the presentation ceremony of Aurelien Chuamini as a new Real Madrid player will take place after the corresponding medical examination.

After that, Aurelien Chwamini will appear in front of the media.

Chuamini, who can play as a defensive midfielder or a typical midfielder, is likely to play for Casemiro and provide support for Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, as well as Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde.

Chuamini is Real’s second addition in the summer after Antonio Rudiger, who arrived from Chelsea on a free transfer earlier this month.

Los Blancos are expected to focus their efforts on offloading underprivileged players such as Dani Ceballos, Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz.
