Three senior defenders to leave Man United

Eric Bailly, Axel Tuanzebe and Phil Jones are set to leave Manchester United if the club receives the right offers.

Bailey, who signed with United in the summer of 2016 for $30 million, managed to make just four appearances for the Red Devils in the Premier League last season.

Meanwhile, Jones has been plagued by injuries in recent years, with only a year left on his contract; Tuanzebe has spent much of the past two campaigns on loan to no avail.
Meanwhile, United officials have consulted new manager Erik Ten Hag about the possibility of signing Villarreal’s Pau Torres.

The Spain international has been a long-term target of the Red Devils, and was first considered during Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s tenure in the hot seat.

Torres could even take his No. 4 shirt, if Phil Jones left the club.
