Feyenoord’s Cyril Desires finished the season as the European League’s top scorer, defeating Tammy Abraham.
Abraham Roma won the inaugural tournament after beating the Dutch club 1-0 on Wednesday evening, and Nicolo Zaniolo scored the only goal of the match.
Desires raised his tally this season to ten goals with two goals in Feyenoord’s semi-final first leg win over Marseille, while Abraham scored his ninth goal in Roma’s victory over Leicester in the semi-finals.
None of the leading scorers could find the target in the last confrontation that was held in Albania.
Zaniolo has five players to his name, with three of them against Bodo/Glimt in April.
