Tottenham are preparing to raid Aston Villa for the services of midfielder John McGinn.
The player has been a constant figure at Villa Park and has been linked with a move away from Villa before but nothing has happened yet about any move with his bid, he feels he deserves to be at a bigger club in the Premier League.
Reports from the Telegraph now say that Tottenham are interested in the player as Antonio Conte continues to renew but he will face opposition from Manchester United.
Conte wants new faces in the squad ahead of his potential return to the Champions League next season and feels the Scottish international energy is something he will need in his midfield.
While Tottenham might offer Champions League football, the opportunity to earn more and play for a prestigious club like Man United could be very hard to turn down; The club is set to participate in the Europa League under a new manager as well.
But if United fails to beat Crystal Palace and West Ham beat Brighton, Hammers will occupy sixth place and that will see the Red Devils play in the European League next season.
The links come as Tottenham seek to convert Dejan Kulusevski, Rodrigo Bentancur and Christian Romero into permanent deals.
