Manchester United cancel end of season awards

Manchester United canceled their annual Player of the Year party due to the players’ embarrassment.

Understandably, United’s players were embarrassed to stage the black tie after such a dismal campaign.

The Red Devils have endured a horrific campaign and are guaranteed to score the fewest points ever in the Premier League, regardless of the outcome in their final game against Crystal Palace on Sunday.

All played against the backdrop of angry hostility from angry United fans, who have staged several protests against the club’s American owners, the Glazers.

The event is usually one of the biggest on United’s calendar and is attended by some of the club’s biggest names, including legendary former president Sir Alex Ferguson.

Bruno Fernandes has been named Sir Matt Busby’s Player of the Year for the past two years, while Luke Shaw has been named United’s Player of the Year for last season.
