Which teams have qualified for next season’s Champions League?

Three of Europe’s top five cards have already been decided, with the winners already crowned.

Real Madrid won the Spanish league title as expected, during the weekend, joining Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, who were crowned with the German Bundesliga and Ligue 1 titles respectively a week ago.

The Premier League and the First Division are still close with four and three matches remaining in a row.

Man City leads the Premier League standings, one point behind Liverpool, while Milan City leads Inter, by two points.

The battle for the UEFA Champions League places has also been heating up in the past few matches.

So far, 12 teams have booked their place in the Champions League next season.

All four places in Serie A have been filled, with Spain and France confirmed one place each.
