Mbappe equals Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s scoring record at PSG

Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappe has tied with Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the club’s all-time top scorer in Ligue 1.

The Frenchman opened the scoring against Angers on Wednesday evening, in what was his 27th goal of the season.

His first-half shot raised his total to 113 Ligue 1 goals, the same as the legendary Swedish striker.

The World Cup winner with France has played 137 matches in Ligue 1 since arriving in Paris in 2017.

He has his sights set on Edinson Cavani’s record number of 138 goals, which he could easily surpass, but only if he stays in the capital for at least another season.
