According to the source, the 37-year-old will earn an extra six figures for every goal he scores after hitting 20, and will earn a £1m bonus if he finishes the season as the club’s top scorer.
Ronaldo has now scored a total of 139 goals in 326 matches for Manchester United, who climbed to fifth in the standings after beating Norwich.
